Self-adhesive, versatile, and easy-to-use, the GCP Applied Technologies 3000 is a high-performance waterproofing membrane that combines the power of cross-laminated HDPE carrier film
Formerly
GCP Applied Technologies 3000 is intended for waterproofing and providing high hydrostatic head resistance. It provides dimensional stability, puncture resistance, single layer installation, and allows high-density cross-laminated polyethylene film. The cold-applied membrane has no flame hazard and requires no heating. It has a unique rubber/bitumen formulation that allows healing of small punctures, factory-controlled thickness No variation by site practices, and flexibility Accommodates minor settlement and shrinkage movement.
With the help of a bitumen compound, this membrane cures to a self-adhesive rubber that sticks to most surfaces and offers complete continuity at overlaps. The best part about this membrane is that it can be cold-applied for maximum safety. The bitumen sheet is well-suited for a variety of substrates for protecting them against water and moisture. This innovative and adhesive film is cross-laminated, offering dimensional stability and impressive resistance against punctures, tears, and wear. Also, this membrane is intelligently developed to provide great resistance against chemicals, aggressive soils, and groundwater, facilitating use on a variety of substrates and locations. The formula is flexible enough to offer high elongation that accommodates shrinkage allocation.
