Emecole 121 LVF is used for the structural repair of cracked concrete by pressure injection, grouting, and monolithic restoration of delaminated concrete. It is also used as a grouting material when mixed with aggregate.
The epoxy rapidly thickens in the crack so that it does not leak out and gives you a fast-curing crack repair process, saving you a lot of time. The moisture-insensitive quality of the epoxy makes it possible to use it in wet environments as well. It also works excellently in conditions of very low temperatures, thus, being functional in all seasons as well. This Emecole 121 LVF Epoxy can be used in the structural repair of cracked concrete by pressure injection, grouting, monolithic restoration of delaminated concrete, and in grouting material when mixed with aggregate. Before putting the epoxy resin to use it must be made sure that the surface is clean and free of dirt, dust, oil, grease, or any contaminant that could render the epoxy useless. The epoxy should be injected through a plastic port.
