Detail Sealant PW� is designed for filling minor cast concrete cracks, concrete masonry cracks, gaps at head joints, penetrations, and gypsum sheathing joints. Detail Sealant PW can be applied to pour concrete, precast concrete, concrete masonry, metal, wood, and Polyguard Membrane Systems. Typical uses include filling tie holes, minor voids, and wall surface planes, completing membranes or transition joints to provide a continuous smooth surface and/or continuous barrier protection. (Note: Detail Sealant PW is an equal replacement for Hole Filler and may also be used with Polyguard Membrane Systems) When using below-grade as a component of the Polyguard Waterproofing Systems, Detail Sealant PW can be applied to voids in subterranean concrete, concrete masonry, and wood structures to prevent the way of positive-side water pressure Detail Sealant PW may be applied in ambient temperatures from 25�F (-3�C) up to 110�F (44�C). (Cure times may vary relative to temperature).

It is low VOC/HAPS free, gives high performance, and is a solvent-free sealant. The sealant cures rapidly even at low temperatures and retains its properties even at -50_F. The Polyguard Detail Sealant has many purposes. It can be used for filling minor cast concrete cracks, concrete masonry cracks, gaps at head joints, penetration, and gypsum sheathing joints. It can also be applied to poured concrete, metal, wood, and in Polyguard Membrane Systems. The sealant's typical functions include filling holes, minor voids, and wall surface plans, completing transition joints, and membranes for a smooth surface. Applying it to wood structures prevents positive-side water pressure. While preparing the sealant for installation, a clean, dry, and sound surface is required that is free from any debris, frost, or ice. An advantage of this sealant is that no priming is required before applying it. Once applied, the cure time is less than an hour at a temperature of 75_F and 50% RH. The Polyguard Detail Sealant is a non-yellowing and UV-resistant sealant.
